Andrea Yount is a 200 Hour RYT certified in trauma-informed and yoga for anxiety. Andrea has been practicing yoga as a coping skill for mental health for 14 years and enjoys sharing what she has learned with others. She’s passionate about how yoga and nutrition can help people with not only their physical ailments, but also their mental and emotional ones.
