Membership includes access to our women’s only gym, a Private Facebook page, and YouTube channel, daily workout, nutrition guidance (including a suggested grocery list, a sample meal plan, suggested supplements), monthly weigh-ins, and measurements.
Initial Consultation- Must schedule (no fee for this service)

Check-ins- Every 4 weeks- weight, measurements

$55/hour Personal Training Includes: 1 hour of 1:1 or 1:2 personal training (can be split between 2 women) must come at the same day/time. If 1 client cancels, other client assumes responsibility for payment.

Discounted rate of $180 for nutrition and fitness package combo.
Initial Consultation- $25 (will be credited toward the purchase price of the program)
